return/refund policy

Due to the collective nature of art products, Hotel Bravo Art does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact me with details and photos of the product and the damage so I may assess on my end. Submitting photos of damage does not guarantee refund of the product.

Upon fully examining your claim, I will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, I will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Please note that I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure you are satisfied with your order!
